If necessary, I can try making him a bit wider if it will improve his appearance.

Updated Grath
Putting him in the same pic, I've given the Grath on the right more body mass and more muscle definition, while keeping the head the same size. It does make him look a bit more "Grath-like" and less like a big human. Any other changes/improvements that can be made, I'm all ears. Thanks for the suggestions, guys.

I definitely think you're heading in the right direction with new Grath - I suppose I envision a Grath to be a bit like "The Thing" from the Fantastic Four comic book, at least proportion-wise Pic of the Thing.
